Eritrean Coffee Ceremony
Description
A lot of time is needed for the Eritrean coffee ceremony. In order to prepare the black coffee, the beans need to be freshly roasted over a flame, ground, and finally boiled in a pumpkin-like pot (Jebena). We perform this ceremony in Mannheim as well, and use the occasion to discuss important matters for which we need a lot of time.
