Cyrillic script
Description
The Cyrillic script was developed in the 10th century in Bulgaria. It then spread to many Slavic countries. In Mannheim, the Cyrillic script lives on in urban society, and can be seen in Bulgarian and Russian shops. It is taught to children in the Bulgarian school, thereby enabling its use by future generations.
