Pontic Lyra
Description
The Pontic lyra is, so to speak, our national instrument. It is a three-stringed instrument and is widely played by the Pontian Greeks along the Turkish Black Sea coast. Pontian Greeks are Turkish citizens and mostly still speak the Pontic Greek language.
