Silesian Sausage
Description
For the last 20 years, we have been selling Silesian sausages from our stall at the market in Mannheim. The Krakauer sausage is particularly popular, and it is the sausage we sell the most. Our clients are not only Silesian and Polish, but predominantly German. As a Silesian who has lost his home country, I have found a new home here.
