Vietnamese Knives & Eating Together
Description
In contrast to Germany, the meal in Vietnam is placed in the middle of the table and everyone can help themselves. Due to the fact that chopsticks are used, the ingredients: meat or vegetables, are cut into bite-sized pieces. My Vietnamese knives are a souvenir from Vietnam and they are a much-appreciated present among my German friends. The Vietnamese knives are a symbol as well as an integral part of Vietnamese cuisine.
