Bissap und Bouye
Description
Bissap as well as Bouye are two Senegalese national drinks. Bissap is a mixture of hibiscus, water, and sugar, all of which are easily available in Mannheim. Bouye on the other hand, is relatively difficult to obtain. .I have dry Baobab fruit flown in so that I can make my own drink. Both beverages are my favourite drinks from my native land and I enjoy preparing them for my friends and guests.
